"The book The New Rules of Pregnancy " is a must read for parents to be and even couples who are planning a family . The book is an easy read ,informative ,insightful and provides invaluable information in a calming and exacting format for those couples taking this journey into parenthood . It's a must for dads to be as it is for moms to be . It's clearly destined to become the new bible of pregnancy . This book and sharing the iconic "blankie" is a great way to take this journey with your partner from conception to birth. The book with a blanket also makes an ideal shower gift . Les and Cathy D .

This was a useless book and unless you want to feel guilty and stressed I would avoid. It was definitely aimed at a gwyneth Paltrow loving crowd.

I loved this book and it was a beautiful book which really streamlined all of the most important information while being enjoyable to read! It had beautiful pictures and got to the point about all of the most important things that any pregnant woman should know! I do have many of the other pregnancy books that are more popular and I like those as well because they are packed with information. But this was a beautiful great read that got to the point of all of the important things. For reference, I really enjoy buying cookbooks that also have beautiful pictures and stories so this reminded me of a baby version of that! I would definitely buy this book for any pregnant woman as a good get your feet wet type book on the joys of pregnancy!

FINALLY! The book every pregnant person (and their partner) should read. Wish this was around when I was pregnant the first time.This book gave me all essential information for my pregnancy and 4th trimester -- in an easily digestible format. You can read a chapter, put it down, revisit it later, and feel like you're right on track. The physicians behind it are renowned Manhattan-based docs, so there's some well-researched medical info in here -- but this book truly reads like a meditation. Oh, and it's beautifully photographed. Kind, to-the-point, understanding -- it's such an antidote to the surplus of information -- and alarmist information -- out there. 5 stars for sure!
