Small pocket Led EcoGear FX 300 flashlight
Today, I received the second EcoGear flashlight and I struggled to get the light on. Then I decided to pull the spring off and stretched it. Finally, the light turned on and I will put it on my walking cane later. Yes, I have another EcoGear flashlight on my another cane, but its top was lost when fell down. Of course, it still works fine when I turn light on. I love both of them for walking canes in the dark. That why I nearly have a night blindness. However, my canes' handle lights are pretty dim so I put both Led flashlights on them for better brightness--200 to 300 lumens. Yeah. Update: I discovered that my EcoGear flashlight was defective and I struggled to get a spring be on the top of a battery. then I turned light on, but never. I gave it up for good and Sorry.

Great brand
I bought a couple of these last year. One was larger for my kitchen drawer and this one I keep in my robe pocket and use when I take the dogs/pup out at night in the summer, to assure they've done their business. My first one went through the washer and to my surprise it still worked!! It seemed a bit dim and a couple of times it didn't always pop right on, I'd have to do a couple clicks. So, I decided I better grab another one. About a week after this one came, the one that went through the washer is working like it's old self. Now I just have a backup :-)Super bright, strobe, zoom, construction and reliability.I recommend!

Impressed
Bought this as a cheap little flashlight that didn’t matter if it got lost or broken I’ve carried it everyday for a little while now the battery last forever and this thing is extremely bright for the size priceand the fact that it only takes one AA battery! Will be buying more in the future as stocking stuffers and cheap gifts

Very well-constructed flashlights
I got these in the mail and popped a "AA" battery in each one. I loved the hefty feel and nice texture grip of each flashlight. The light modes (High/Low/Strobe) took a little bit to figure out. There's no instructions on how to cycle through the modes (The only bad thing I can think of with these flashlights). To cycle through, click the flashlight on using the button on the back of the unit, gently press the button until it lightly clicks (This might take a little practice), then when the mode changes (usually set on High but should cycle to low), then repeat the same gentle button press until it goes into strobe mode.. BE CAREFUL! Strobe mode is intense on these flashlights! I made the mistake of staring at the wall while testing these and the strobe light made me a little dizzy. I can see using the strobe light setting as a deterrent against an attacker, more than something playful at a rave or party. The case on these flashlights is nice and solid. You can tell it's metal like they say, being aluminum. It has a cool metal feel to it. The clip on each unit would come in handy for clipping it to your clothes or onto a stiff edge or surface, where a clip would stay put. I wasn't sure how to rate how long these last, but I know enough about LEDs, that since the 1970s, most (if not all) LEDs drain a very small amount of power to keep running at standard brightness. The only bad thing I can see is that these flashlights are small enough, they might be easier to lose if dropped or hidden. Otherwise, for the money (at about $5 a piece in a set) definitely worth it!!

Great price, VERY small, A LOT of light
My husband loves it!Offers a very bright light, for a very small, lightweight flashlight. You can't beat the price for what the product itself offers.I would say the ONLY downfall, is probably the durability ( in the case of a drop on a hard surface) and the batteries could last a lot longer.HOWEVER, I recommend buying quality batteries, because the life of the battery itself, will effect the brightness of the light, AND longevity of the batteries.Overall, HIGHLY recommended by myself and my husband, for a small lightweight flashlight, and a very small price!
