very well made
The cord which came with my FLC8 earphones (the FLC8 is fantastic) is cheap junk and failed at the flimsy thin rubber strain relief after ⅓ year. This OKCSC has a solid hard strain relief at the earphones and the plug. The sound control works well, is in the sub-cord to the right ear, and as is my preference it is skinny and not heavy so it doesn't imbalance the two sides, and works well with my iPhone. The cord is very flexible and doesn't transmit sound to the earphones when you're in motion. There is also a thin clear sheath on the 8 centimeters from the earphones which is a little more stiff and maintains its curve so that stays in place when put over and around your ear. The prongs which attach to the earphone are long, solid, look like they're gold plated, and stay solidly in the holes of the earphone. Great product for the price.

Does not work on Moon Drop Aria SE
Cable seems to be nicely made. Couldn't tell you beyond that as the connectors don't fit correctly. It's the right size pin, but the connectors just fall out of the IEMs.

A bit noisy and smells weird out of the box but perfectly functional!
The remote works as expected, outside of the noise it's still reasonably free and premium-feeling, and the microphone is shockingly good.

I love the aesthetic of these. However, the microphone is subpar for me. Not sure if this is an isolated issue or if this is the case with all of these. They also don’t fit my Fanmusic Truth x Crinacle Zero very well. The issue is youre putting a circular male connector into a female connector with a rectangular surrounding. Causes the male connector to not insert fully. Probably something I should’ve looked into more.

Siiiiiick.
Not a lot of reviews on this one, so figured I'd chime in. This is for the "2 pin .78mm w/ Mic" version. For whatever reason, these cables are almost nonexistent with mics or media controls. Found this one and took a chance. I'm happy to report that it works great. Build quality looks solid and classy - better than pictures. LOVE that the 3.5mm end is right-angle, keeps it lower profile and less prone to snags/strain. I count 4 cores, which some Hi-Fi snobs will say is not enough, but swapping between this and my 16 core cable doesn't change the quality of the sound whatsoever. The tradeoff is that the cable is nice and light, without feeling flimsy. I'll report back if any issues come up, but so far so good.On Android phone using Neutron media player, this works wonderfully. I have enabled using long-press to skip forward and backward through tracks when the screen is sleeping, and it works perfectly. Volume and play/pause are great, too. Can't speak to iPhone or other devices, but this was the feature I was mostly interested in, so I'm stoked. Mic is decent, haven't used it extensively and it's not my primary concern with this cable, but it works.

Cheap, don't last long
These lasted me all of two months. I don't treat my headphones rough, and I've never had a cable die on me this fast. The cable materials feel as cheap as they are. If you're extra careful you can probably get more than two months life out of them, but I couldn't. I would not recommend these. The play/pause and volume buttons work well with an android phone, which is nice because a lot of other cables don't in my experience.

Way better than expected
Notice: Etymiotic users, this cable is your cheaper alternatice with a mic. Be sure to get the Etymiotic connector adaptors, which adds a right angle to where it connects to the earbuds. At least equivalent sound quality to the cable that comes with Etymotic earbuds. Hard to say if its better but its definitely not worse.Perfect weight and very low handling noise. To my suprise, all the controls worked without needing to do anything else: volume up & down, pause / play / answer. On android. Also, the 1/8" plug is right angled, another bonus for phone users. I will buy more for backups.

Incompatible with all my IEMs
2 pin cables with remotes are rather rare, so I was hoping these would work.Recessed 2 pin IEMs like the moondrop Variations/Aria don't fit at all (obviously, still tried on the off chance). The kicker is that my flat 2 pins didn't work either, the connection must have been mechanically incomplete because my current edc (qdc v14) changed sound completely for the worse.I was hoping these would work so I have nice cheap options for cables as the remote is nice... So the hunt continues.
