Will it fit with small hand woman of 5’ tall?

No problems getting Tac-Tic to fit both large-medium-small hands - the middle finger retainer cord (can see in photo) can be shorted by double-looping (for smaller hands) or by twisting it (for medium hands) to get correct fit, which correctly positions the Tac-Tic midway over your wrist. Comes with 7 step instruction sheet on how to install + a DVD....highly recommend this product.

Can you fix this to your trail wrist to maintain the wedge through impact ?

Yes, but since it is after impact your trailing wrist bends forward which will not allow the device to "click" so the device needs to be moved from the outside or top of your trailing wrist to the inside of the wrist. The sensitivity can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the strap.

Does it click when the wrist cups toward both the palm like Dustin Johnson and toward back of the hand?

If you are wearing it on your lead wrist, then yes it click if your wrist get into a cupped position, it will not click if your wrist is flat or bowed, (like DJ). Great device for students learning clubface control.
