ACCURATE!
I have had this 3 years now and I quit comparing it with the NWS at our local airport because it follows it very well

Mikey likes it!
My older brother's friend said if I move the knob-pointer over to the grey-area, the weather will get nasty in a couple days as the red pointer catches up.Mine doesn't seem to work that way... :^)Just kidding. This is about the size of a hockey puck - 3'1/4"x1'1/4". The rubber-ish 'tire' around it has a good tactile feel, and helps soften the knocks it will get over time. Pleasant to hold. Sits well flat on its' back and looks good on a desk, or bench or wherever it may need to go. I like the 'face' of this, too. Color coded in a way, pleasant to look at.(only downside is - made in china, but then, the price is right and it seems well made and works smoothly)

Not a bad little unit
This little meter works pretty good and is pretty accurate. Take a few days and slowly adjust the red needle slowly, a little at a time to a known reading, (Accuweather, local weather stations, ect.) Also, gently tap on the face till the needle doesn't move any more. Always gently tap before you take your reading. I also agree with the gentleman about the face of the meter. A white face with black numbers and letters would be so much easier to read. Take you're time setting it up! Enjoy.

Camco barometer does not work.
Camco barometer will not operate correctly. If you tap on the unit the reading will change, but it is still not correct. The reviews were mixed so I chanced it. Great idea, good looking product, but the one I received DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY. Yes the needle is very sensitive and can be persuaded by the most gentle taps on the outside housing. Also I did reset the reading multiple times and let it readjust for hours and days multiple times, but it continues to be inaccurate. The return process was a bit confusing but once I figured how to reach an Amazon representative via chat they were very helpful and I am now able to return it.

Possible Calibration Fix
Here's a possible fix that worked for me. When I first bought the item, I was disappointed. The accuracy was way off, it always had to be calibrated, feels REALLY cheap, and you would have to tap it to get it to move. So what I did was get a precision flat-head screwdriver, and turn the calibration screw until it became snugged. Then I rotated the screw the opposite direction until it got snug again. Afterward's I calibrated it and It's seems to work fine. No tapping or anything. I hope this helps make a cheap item better.

Accurate
I live about 2 miles from my local airport. I use the airport pressure gauge as a reference on weather.gov. This little fishing barometer has matched the airport gauge each day I check it. It's fun to look at it with the wife before we decide if it's worth going to the river or not. I've only had it a week but so far I've noticed a flurry of local catching reports when the gauge is in the "great" condition. We lost a big salmon at the boat last week during "great" pressure condition. Barometer is easy to calibrate using a jeweler's screwdriver. A+.
