It does angle and torque. Easy to use and seems very well built. Nice storage box. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great wrench, we’ll see about its long-term reliability *by O***A on February 28, 2019* The first wrench I got had a problem right from the start. The first bolt I torqued to 35 pounds functioned just like it’s supposed to, beeper, lights and vibration. On the second bolt the vibration stopped working. I called AC-Delco with the 800 number in the manual and they said they’d get back to me and never did so I just did a return and Amazon sent me a new one. The new one works great, I’ve used it on about 50 fastener. I took one star off because I’m a little worried about its long-term reliability. It’s a beautifully made wrench, very sturdy, tight, well polished, grippy handle and a really nice case. There sure does seem to be a build quality difference in tools that come from Taiwan vs. China. One thing that’s not in the manual, if you turn it on while holding it, it can take 10 or more seconds to do it’s internal calibration but if you set it on a table it only takes 2-3 seconds.
