Couldn't have picked a better duvet cover ' 10/10 soft and silky and has nice design.

Purchased twice now and each time the seams have come apart. Should have learned the first time round.

Online Shopping.... well this pretty well sums it up really what the whole experience seems to me to be like as of early July 2021 in the UK currently. I utterly cannot be ars*d to waste more time trying to send yet another thing back which when it arrived, wasn't even remotely close to what it was described or pictured as being when I bought it. Yes this duvet cover is made of 100% cotton & it's not unpleasent or completely rubbish either (though the opening to change the duvet itself is stupidly impractically narrow & obviously designed by somebody who's never needed to do that), but 400 thread count cotton it is 100% NOT ! (unless of course they are a hitherto unknown variety of micro threads) I'd put it at 250 best. In short - Don't buy this if you're expecting the level of luxury advertised, do buy this if you want a basic pure cotton duvet cover that's ok, a bit wrinkly, crinkly prone, feels a little temporary & thin, but would be ok for 6 months or a year tops. To the seller - please could you consider being a little more transparrent with people .... it might even stand in your favour - personally I wouldn't buy from you ever again on principle, because I hate being Lied to.

Lovely item

It's lovely and soft, but om the 2nd use (after washing and putting back on the bed) the seam at the top had ripped. The buttons at the bottom are no use rhey pop open all the time and don't stay secure. Would recommend for a spare room bed but one that it's being used all the time
