Es el primero de estos que tengo que no es de supermercado, suelen ser tan caros que termina uno comprando de los que son casi desechables.VALE CADA PESO !!!!!La reja sirve para hacer glaseado o poner a enfriar. El color de la reja es hermoso y no se batalla tanto para limpiar (tanto porque pues es una reja, obvio se batalla)La bandeja es resistente... En una horneada se combó y dije No!!!!Qué creen... se enfrió y volvió a su forma original... Wow.

Excelente calidad de los materiales además de un hermoso acabado y a un muy buen precio.

This may sound a little unusual, but I use these large rimmed baking sheets with cooling racks for when I dye yarn. They are perfect. The color is absolutely gorgeous and nothing stains it. Nothing! They look so beautiful and tidy when all the hanks are laid out in a row. I dye my yarn with my students in my classroom (sun jars, crockpots, other simple methods) and so we buy only white yarn each year and then create all the colors we want to knit with. When I remove the yarn from the dye bath, we lay it flat on these cooling racks (without squeezing them) and the pans catch all the drips. After a day, we wring them out and then lay them over a wooden clothing drying rack to continue to thoroughly dry. I have found if you vigorously wring yarn as soon as it comes out of the color, you lose some of the color. Thus the intermediate step. I love these pans and expect them to last for many years in my elementary school classroom.I also have the medium size for baking with... and I love them for that purpose as well! However, the measurements on these large pans I didn't find to be quite accurate. It must be that Amazon lists the baking surface and not the size including the handles. So they were too large to fit in my vintage oven. As I say, I found an excellent way to use them and just got the medium size for the oven purpose. It all worked out in the end.

THE CAKE PAN COULD HAVE BEEN DEEPER BUT THEY BAKE FABULOUSLY AND CLEAN EASY. THE STURDINESS IS GOOD .

I wanted a tray for transporting meals to our screen porch. I could find nothing the right size that was a pattern that appealed to me. In the meantime I used a cookie tray because it was the right size with handles on the ends. But it did not look pretty sitting on the counter when not in use. (I use it every day in spring, summer and fall so it makes sense to leave it on the counter.)This tray is the right size, has practical handles, and looks beautiful! It is a navy blue, a dark shade, but definitely blue. The perfect option for what I needed. And it is very well made. It should last a lifetime.
