Q: Has the manufacturing fault being resolved in these as it was a nice supply but the bangs and sparks were not acceptable.

I have not had any problems as yet once I worked out how to use it, have checked the output with a bench meter and all shows tthe same as diplayed on the PSU.

Q: Is anyone able to advise on spare parts? i managed to short out the usb socket which no longer provides power? usb board needs replacing.

Think you will have to replace the unit or wire in a new port if you have the electronic skills. I doubt the manufacturer will supply spares for the unit

Q: What is the line and load ripple at 30V and 10A?
