If you wear yoga pants and don't want to go commando...
I boot-camp at least three times a week and wear yoga pants. These underwear show no panty lines and stay put during vigorous exercise. I tried other no shows and the pants bunched at the hips. Hate, hate, hate that. They look flimsy but without a waistband nor lace, stand up to washer/ dryer in mixed loads. Couldn't be happier. FYI- by themselves not particularly attractive.
