Delivery was prompt. 48hrs after initial order. Instructions were clear. Removed broken handle via 4 screws. inserted new handle and secured via 4 screws. New replacement handle fits perfectly. Radley Cabin Case restored to its former glory. Excellent service; quality product.

This was a perfect fit for my Tripp cabin case, pictured after the handle was fitted. The back piece that goes inside the case was narrower than the original piece, so I re-used the original piece. The two photos show the new on the left alongside the original, both sides. The important dimensions were identical with the original so you could use the new backing if you wished. Screw-holes lined up. As others have said, you need to re-use your four screws and once you have found your cross-head screwdriver it takes just a few minutes to fit. The thickness of the handle and design of the feet is similar to the original so hopefully it will last as long.

Purchased in the hope to save my girlfriend having to replace here travel suitcase as she really likes her suitcase and it did not disappoint. It would have cost her at least £180 plus to replace like for like the suitcase she uses. Installation is really easy(she grabbed a screwdriver and fitted them herself in less than 10 minutes!) and were a perfect fit. The only slight downside was that her original handles where a dark blue but that colour wasn't an option, but after fitting she was still highly delighted that she could keep using her suitcase. Completely recommend

This replacement luggage handle just saved me from dropping my Tripp ‘Holiday’ cabin luggge in the bin!I was searching high and low to see if I could fix my cabin luggage handle because the suitcase has survived 8 years and is still in good condition. The only issue was when my handle broke (I have attached a pic to show what happened) I thought there was no hope to replace it.This replacement handle fit with ease and it was fairly simple to attach the new handle. All you need a screwdriver and you can use the screws from the old handle.I am very delighted as I don’t have to part with my trusty luggage now that I have “fixed” it!I think this replacement handle should fit most Tripp cabin luggages! 😊

Absolutely perfect replacement and very easy to fit. Have bought another one as have the same suitcase in a different colour. Just in case that one ever breaks too!

This fitted a Tripp cabin sized suit case really well. The old handle just cracked. Without this product the case would have been good for nothing. It doesn't come with screws, so keep the old ones. Also I had to use a manual screwdriver to fit. All straightforward and the first outing with the case post-fix went well.

Perfect replacement for broken handle on Radley small suitcase. Easy to fit, quality ok but may break again if handled roughly by porters.
