I bought a pair of these for my trail shoes and loved them so much I purchased more for my waterproof trail runners. Fit is good and they support the arch andcup the heel well. They are not 'spongy' so if you are looking for cushioning you may want somethong else. A bit pricey. I have done a three day hike carrying a pack and lots of day walks and they are great but I have only had them about two months so will have to see about durability.

Did a couple of short hikes.. my feet felt suppirted with some cushion.. so far so good... we'll see after my next long hike coming up!

These work wonderfully for me in my Keen Targhee III. They are expensive but give some nice support and worth the money. I have hiked nearly 100 miles in them and when my feet use to bother me the insole solved that problem. True to size for me!

I love this product but the shipper just shipped it in the box like you would buy in a store. I cannot believe it made it to my doorstep in tack. The top was open and packaging is thin. It should have been shipped in an envelope or something more stable.

Just hiked 30+ miles in the smokey mountains. These insoles were the most comfortable I have ever had. Very well made. They still look brand new, did not distroy the inside sides of my hiking boots as different pair of insoles had done and my feet didn't hurt. Awesome 👍
