Great little figure, poor customer service
I've ordered one of these before. Got Ornstein, it's a cool little figure. I liked it so much I wanted to get a second one; I was hoping for Solaire or Siegmeyer.Around the time I ordered the figure USPS had some glitch or error and all my mail was being sent somewhere else. The figure I ordered was in transit when this went down so it never made it to my address. USPS fixed whatever the issue was, but it was too late.I contacted the seller through Amazon; the seller told me that the figure was rerouted back to the American facility. Apparently, the standard procedure when something like this happens is the figure is destroyed. Which just seems weird.I can't think of reason why it needed to be destroyed, but the seller won't offer a refund. Amazon won't cover a refund through a third party seller. The USPS just basically shrugged their shoulders on the whole thing.I'm pretty bummed; I like these figures, I would like more of them but I don't trust the seller. I won't be getting anything else through them.TL;DRBuyer beware: if nothing goes wrong it's a great product; but if something goes haywire you're SOL.

Box was damaged
The box came in completely squished. Almost as if someone sat on it. Luckily the figure is still intact. But not the first time this has happened. Last time i got this item, the figure was broken and not repairable with super glue

Cool little Souls
I bought two of these so far, still hoping for a fire keeper, but I got Siegbert and Elite Knight arguably the best bois. I'm not a fan of figures but these fit the ballpark of quality to price that's just right if you don't mind any of the characters from the set.

Was hoping for Ornstein, but was happy to get the Onion Knight. The figure is beautiful and well detailed

Great figures with high detail
Bought one for me and one for a friend and got solaire and siegmeyer. While the price is a bit high, it ends up being worth it for the high detail in the figures! Each character comes with a little card with their picture and they are adorable!

Read the description
My fault. I didn't read the spot that said one of the six shown would be sent. We didn't get to choose which one it would be. I wouldn't have spent $27 for the one received but I hear the price is near normal.

I was surprised
While these figures may be on the pricier side, the quality is better than what I was expecting. Though I will say, I didn't read the description, and didn't realize it was a blind box.
