These are certainly a good selection of vitamins and minerals, which should be a good supplement to a varied diet. Quite high doses of some vitamins, but surprisingly lacking in others (18% of your RDA of Iron, for example). You'll still need a varied diet taking these I'm afraid.These capsules are easy to swallow, which is just as well as you need to take 2 a day for the dosage of vitamins listed. I'd recommend taking morning and evening to spread the absorption of the water-soluble vitamins (such as Vitamin C).The only real negative is the price. At time of review, around £10 for a month's supply is quite steep. If you feel you need them, there are few alternatives at this price point.

First thing that hits you is the overwhelming stink what you open the bottle. Some of the capsules had leaked powder so I was covered when tipping the pills out. I then decided to at least try one. The taste is absolutely vile.If I could give 0 stars I would as this is a massive waste! Luckily the bottle is recyclable, so thats the only plus.

Multi vitamins are a good economical and convenient way to take the supplements that are recommended. One tablets does all instead of one tablet for C, another for D etc. This contains pretty much all one needs in one medium sized tablet which is easy to swallow. It is also cheaper to use multi vitamins rather than buying the different tablets. You take 2 a day so it is a months supply so good value. Do they work? I do not know. I know since I started to take them 2 years or so ago, I have had fewer colds. It might be that the tablets have helped or it might just be coincidence. I think they help and I will continue to take them. This is a great way to take the essential and recommended vitamins and supplements.

Good product let down by a god awful eggy smell and aftertaste.My partner almost vomited when she smelt the bottle.

Multi vitamins are a great way to start the day you get your nutritional hit in one go and don’t have to take lots of different tablets.You get 60 multivitamins in a jar which lasts for two months. They’re vegetarian so don’t taste of fish or have any dodgy after taste which was a relief. I’ve been taking the multi vitamins every day with my other half. I’ve not felt any different since I’ve started taking them but he has, and said he felt more energised. I’ll continue taking them and hope I’ll have the same effect soon.

I have been in the supplement business for many years. I have tested, tried, and reviewed many different Men's multivitamins. Some have been very good, others were very poor. To judge this product I will take into account the low price, the quality of the active ingredient, and the % RDA. Firstly men need a good dose of B's every day. If your B's are depleted you will lack energy, have nerve issues and muscle problems. This tablet has a good range of B's and impressive % RDA's. It contains Nettle which helps libido. Ashwagandha for adrenal stress, Overall the RDA's are great and the range of ingredients (27). The price is also excellent. The downside to this product is in the quality of the active ingredients it uses. It does not use the best active types of some supplements such as B12. This is not priced at the top end of the market, so you can forgive them for this, but not using the best form of the supplement it does affect the performance. This is not as good as my usual green liquid vitamin and it does not give you as much energy, but then it is a third of the price. For a price/quality ratio, this product is hard to beat. Therefore I am happy to recommend this item, as it offers great value.

This arrived in perfect condition in a sealed container. The container has all the details of what each capsule contains.They are aimed at men and everything they could need. My hubby has reached that age when he's realised that having some help to keep him healthy is not a bad thing. Having so many supplements available in 1 dose makes life so much easier.Supplements do not give instant results and can only help along with trying to stay healthy. As these have only just arrived its far too early to say if they have helped but he's definitely going to be sticking with them.For everything they contain these are definitely value for money and make life so much easier.Even though he's not seen an improvement, these are worth trying.

My partner usually prefers to try and take multivitamin so it would be better if these could be compacted into the one capsule.Recommended, these seem great quality multivitamins with lots of benefits.
