Toastmaster Electric Carving Knife

Great product and good service

Thought I was purchasing a good quality, new electric knife. It arrived used, scratched, in a beat up old box, defective, broken motor. Paid a good price for something that was broken and old. Unbelievable. Returned it as fast as I could!

Our original carving knife was like the one we ordered, when it died we went to Amazon to order another and found the same one we lost. It is exactly like our " old" one. My husband was thrilled carving the roast for Christmas.

Very disappointed and rather disgusted when I actually saw a dot of food on the base of this appliance. I did not know I was buying a Used electric knife and I've never ever ordered anything used and believe me, never will.

When my old knife failed, I feared I would never be able to use it again, but then I found this one online and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

This is the third knife I bought from Amazon to cut hard crust loaves of bread. It works better than the non electric ones but I still had to apply a lot of pressure to slice through the crust. I have carpel tunnel so I am hoping to find a knife that easily slices into my favorite hard crust walnut cranberry loaf. Also I found the handle somewhat awkward to hold to get the angle I needed. But I have small hands, so the problem may be mine.

Good balance and excellent carving for a prime rid roast and ham.

Electric switch does not work smoothly. It is necessary to exert extra pressure on the switch in order to operate the knife.
