This met my expectations well. The swivel isn't the smoothest as there aren't any ballbearings or anything like that, but I suppose that would significantly change the price point. Overall i'm happy with this purchase.

The packaging, ability to fix is all great. the screw tightening is designed quite well. however, the base could have been a little bigger in diameter, for plus size people with loose flesh - they will feel that the base is not holding them fully and given that the top swivels there is a chance that the loose flesh can get stuck and can give a pinch.

Very strong and durable, and perfectly non slip. Helped me to be independent in the shower when I broke my leg.

Light and easy to use

Had some crack on the bottom and swivel doesn't work unless your maybe 10kgs.Had to get it returned via amazon.
