Very impressed with the quality compared to other cheap “Walmart type” brands, this thing is the best I’ve seen for the price. It comes with two removable aluminum brace bars on each side which is good if you need to be completely straight but honestly was a little uncomfortable with both bars inserted, but not bad. Only because the bar pressed on my inflamed nerve. It is an injured arm after all. I feel like any brace will be uncomfortable. My arm however needed just a slight bend so I just removed one side bar and it’s perfect. You could remove both bars and just tighten the straps if you need a little more flex. Very adjustable. Overall the fabric is comfortable and good quality. Just may need a little adjustment to your own personal situation. Definitely worth a try. It works. Oh and the sizing is good for an average adult. I’m 6,2” male, average build. It fits great and it has room to go bigger. I would say if you’re smaller and “dainty” this might be a little loose. Ok I’m done.

I have bilateral ulnar neuropathy, aka cubital tunnel syndrome, caused by sleeping with my arms folded across my chest (not a conscious choice).Updated after some months:These braces cost significantly less than the brand name physical therapy elbow supports I wore backwards (thanks to a single plastic insert) for years. A pair of these was $15 less than just one of the other braces, and they’re of superior quality.These braces aren’t bulky and they’re as breathable as one could expect. They can be adjusted from completely rigid with the aid of a partner, to having just enough play to get into the pair on my own and sleep comfortably.I honestly expect these to last a lifetime. (I can’t say as much for my previous braces, where the rigid insert eventually insert tore through the thin material.)

I bought this brace to alleviate ulnar compression and found it very comfortable to wear.The two flat bars are rigid enough to keep your arm as straight as you want; you could rotate it a few degrees to allow some bending.There were no stitches sticking out to irritate your skin or aggravate you, either.

Too stiff

This worked great for me in isolating the painful ulna nerve. Worn correctly, the brace will not slide down the arm (as others noted in their review). The photo shows where your elbow should be, then tighten all three straps. I usually just sleep in mine at night for a week or so to stop the pain.

I use it at night sometimes for pain from an old injury.

I bought these to reduce my adult daughter, with autism, from picking her nose and putting her hands in her mouth.I place them on her arms and put another long sleeve hoodie sweatshirt or pullover on to prevent her from pulling them off. Works so far and is preventing her make her nose bleed.

Feels Uncomfortable after giving this a try. Lot of pain and stress to elbow area and the nerves
