It had a hole in it.
The balloon arrived folded in a plastic bag (not in the original bag - because I had bought an Anagram balloon from another seller and it came in the original bag with a label, photo, etc). When I removed the balloon I can tell it had been crumpled. I brought it to get filled and immediately after, it started leaking air so a couple hours later it was a sad half floating balloon. I still gave it to my nephew so I didn't have the balloon to return. But def not buying from this seller anymore.
