So cute love love love it
We already had a larger Aebelskiver pan, but I wanted to try this cute cast iron. Super super great, it is beautiful and everyone loves the little cakes it made. Already bought another to give as a gift and they love it as well.Use lots of butter.

Looking Forward to Using It!
I haven't had the chance to use the Victoria Cast Iron Poffertjes Pan yet, but I'm really excited to try it! The craftsmanship looks solid, and I love that it's preseasoned with flaxseed oil. The loop handles seem convenient for easy maneuvering. I’ll update my review once I’ve had the chance to use it and see how it performs!

Poffertjes Pan
The media could not be loaded. Used this to make Poffertjes. The video is from my first attempt. I did re-season the cast iron when I received it with avocado oil. Heats up nicely and seems to have an even cook. If you don’t have something to flip your food with, definitely opt to get the right tools since this doesn’t have that.

Very sturdy and well made.
This is made of cast iron, and works much better than the cheap aluminum ones.

Heavy duty
Looks like a great product, but was smaller than what I needed at the time so I returned it. Would make good pancake bites.

Perfect poffertjes pan
I got this pan yesterday & I’m already in love. It came seasoned but I did one extra layer with grapeseed oil anyway. For baking the poffertjes, at first I brushed the wells with butter like I saw them do in Amsterdam, but my stove wanted to catch the melted butter on fire. 😬 So I kept my butter cold & put tiny pats in each well. This pan is the perfect size - in the time it takes to fill all of the wells with a squeeze bottle (about 30 seconds), it was time to flip the first ones. Some of the outermost wells did need a tiny bit more time so I’d come back to those last, or leave them when I saw they needed a few more seconds. This was insanely easy and I’m about to go into a sugar coma from a dozen perfect poffertjes.

Pass
WAY too small to be an authentic Aebelskiver pan. Do not buy it. Aebelskivers should be about 2" across. These are like barely bigger than a quarter. Impossible to flip and just no fun to make.

Just what I needed
It was a perfect pan for making mini pancakes for my grandchildren. They loved it. I followed the suggestion on how to make them and they turned out great.
