Secures to ankle to keep foot floating off of mattress.
My dad is in nursing home and not mobile. He is developing pressure spors on feet so I got this for him to wear when in bed to float his feet up off mattress. Since this secures with velcro around entire ankle, they stay put even when he moves around.
