Fits our 2021 Tesla Y ! After I had to retrieve a glue stick and a magnet from the floor vent under our driver’s side (gotta love kids), I knew we had to prevent future occurrences. Purchased these vent covers. One side snapped on easily, the other one took a little finagling, but once they were snapped on, I didn’t feel like the adhesive tape was even needed.

Perfect fit on the Model Y floor AC vents. After hearing horror stories from others with item falling in, this was a first buy for prevention.

Out of all the different types of Air Flow Vent covers on Amazon this one is the best since it is solid plastic which holds into the air vent and with the option of using the sticky tape. The only reason why I wouldn't give it the 5th star is because you are forced to use the sticky tape for it to work well. The grips on the vent cover are a bit small in my opinion which is why (without using the sticky tape) it would fall off from the vent. This has happened to me multiple times, I don't want to use the sticky tape because it's more of a permanent solution that can cause damage if removed in the future. Overall for a new product, it is designed well and can improve.

The media could not be loaded. They don’t fit. I clipped them onto the vent and they immediately pop off, even taped, they don’t stay. I believe it’s the car’s carpet that’s glued down in front of the vent that’s preventing the cover from staying latched. For now, they are sitting on top of my vents unattached. I like how they aren’t made of fabric and Velcro like the other vent covers but I wish they’d stay.After leaving my initial 2-start review, the vendor reached out to me, offering me a full refund. After I answered questions and shared photos of the problem, they did send me a full refund.

Fitted these to an October 2023 Fremont build Model Y Performance.These were a PAIN in the arse to install! At first, I thought the fit was wrong. They wouldn’t SNAP or CLIP on even though they have clip edges, so I opened a return.I couldn’t find a sure alternative, so decided to give it one more go before returning them.I didn’t bother peeling off the sticky adhesive cover as I wanted them to snap on and they did but with BRUTE FORCE. You almost have to pull the actual vent up slightly, get one side of the clip over the edge and clip on the other side by using force to bend some of the ABS plastic (cover and the vent) until it properly wedges on. I got there in the end. Tried pulling them off to see if they fit properly and they do, so I cancelled the return.The irony is I ordered exactly the same looking vent cover for a 2022 Shanghai build Model Y Performance (even though the brands of these vent covers are different, they look EXACTLY the same, so I am sure they are coming from the same manufacturer) and they snapped on straight away, no problem, hence why I opened the return on these in the first place. Argh!

Quality product. Very easy to install and they fit nicely. Just take an extra second or two to tuck it into the right places as you press down on the taped edges. Nothing exciting, just a solid way to keep junk out of the vents.
