Thrustmaster Ferrari 458 Racing Wheel for Xbox 360

This wheel is very easy to set up with an XBox 360 and works great with racing games. The feel is great when using the wheel; high-quality materials and a good size. If the game you're playing supports the different buttons and controls, the experience is great. No horn or handbrake supplied, but you can use certain buttons for that and the shifters and pedal work very well. For the price ($70 before taxes and shipping), you can't go wrong with this purchase.Three important considerations before you buy are (1) you cannot have both the wheel and control signed in as a player at one time (games like GTA V with a walking and driving component will require you to turn off the connection between the wheel and your console and use the controller when walking around), (2) your table can only be between a relatively narrow set of thicknesses for the wheel to attach properly, and (3) the pedals are relatively light, so you may need to add something below to increase friction or behind them to keep the pedals from slipping.Haven't tried it yet with a PC game, but I assume the same considerations apply and think it would really improve gameplay.

Actually a pretty good wheel for the money. I know some reviewed it as braking, but you never know how rough someone is with something. For instance my significant other would play on the PS3 with the Logitech force GT I had mounted to a piece of ply wood laid across the coffee table. For a non spastic person, this is fine. For a woman that wants to over react, it was all I could do to keep that board relatively still.For steering this wheel worked really well, I like the return to center feature, it's just the right amount of drag on the wheel as you turn it. The peddles have more tension that the force gt set I previously mentioned. Only complaint as many have mentioned is no spikes to grip carpet, amazing how much it slides just getting on and off the throttle. Not that it slips out from under you, just that after a couple laps you soon realize you are sitting slightly different to compensate. For the price, I recommend

Good wheel especially for the price. It isn't as nice as the logitech wheels with feedback and vibrations, but this wheel costs much much less. The wheel has a good amount of resistance, it's easy to mount, and the pedals are decent. However you may want to find a mounting solution for the pedals because they slip on the floor. Also the mounting for the wheel can be awkward depending on the table. The pedal shifters are made of metal and are high quality, wheel feels nice and is easy to grip and control. Make sure to adjust your in-game settings properly to use the wheel to its full potential. All of the integration with xbox 360 buttons are nice. I use it on PC however mostly on Dirt Rally.

I'm returning this unit because I want force feedback, however I can say that the build quality of the steering wheel itself is first rate, the flappy paddle gear shifter is made of metal which gives it a high quality feel, the wheel itself feels nice in your hands, the pedals are a bit of a weak point but they do the job, this costs less than a hundred dollars and it makes driving games so much better, force feedback is more expensive and I think it's worth the additional cost if you can afford it... if you want a solid, high quality, entry level wheel for PC, Xbox or PS3 this is a good choice.There is an application for PC that will allow you to use a steering wheel with Grand Theft Auto 5, I have to say that this is pretty amazing for driving a car in Grand Theft Auto 5 for PC and utilizing the mouse at the same time to fire a weapon whilst driving, it was an unexpected addition to the GTA5 experience that I wasn't expecting... I'd recommend this wheel just for this, but  PS3 Gran Turismo 5 XL Edition  , Gran Turismo 6  , Project CARS - Game of the Year Edition (PC DVD)  , and Asseto Corsa are great with it.I am returning it for force feedback, perhaps  Thrustmaster TMX Force Feedback racing wheel for Xbox One and WINDOWS  , or  Logitech Driving Force G920 Racing Wheel, Force Feedback Steering Wheel  or  Logitech Driving Force G29 Race Wheel, Force Feedback Steering Wheel but this is a solid value and way better than a controller for any driving game for any platform.

If you're looking for a great starter steering wheel and pedals, then I would highly recommend this package. I've been using it for over 6 months for my racing games and it works very well. Nest step up from this unit is DOUBLE THE PRICE or more.

Excellent product. My son liked it very much. It is like real driving.

The item arrived on time and every button is functioning properly, its a very loving racing wheel which looks great like a cockpit. The pedals are excellent, i have a small feet, so it stays on it properly. Most people review that you need a force feedback for the steering wheel to get back in position, but when i used it for racing in need for speed run, it automatically goes back to its angle 90 position when i let go on corners. Its an excellent wheel for anyone who what's to learn how to use a wheel. For this performance i would give it a 5 star
