No. This is for attaching two copper pipes together, and it will need to cure for a little while before it gets wet. It won't help with an existing leak. I would try plumbers' putty, and if that doesn't help with the leak, you may need to pull the pipes apart. It'll cost a little money, but a plumber will be a big help.

Has anyone tried using this on flared hvac fittings that are having a problem getting a good seal?

No, not tried. But can only imagine it would work well. However, flared hvac fittings shouldn’t really need this as they use threats, ferrules, and viton seals, correct? Anyway, I would just do an experiment: spend 10 on a bottle, assemble a capped tube using said flared fittings, and pressurize (standard pancake-style or alike 1XX psi compressor for pneumatic tools etc). Report back if pressure holds (compared to the control - compressor alone is good) ;)

Can it be used for jewlery making

Probably not. I don’t think it would hold up to constant movement. I think it was a solderless method of bonding copper tubing and elbows together without using a torch and solder.

I have a turntable that only works on one channel, thinking there's a bad connection internally. Would this product work for this?

I had the same problem but after readjusting the two screws that attach the cartridge to the headshell the problem is fixed so I figured out the problem was the needle was not fit in the vinyl correctly, if it leans on one side then it only works on the channel it leans on, hopes it helps
