Amazing product that stops mites and cleans feathers
Having a heavy horse is especially hard because of feather mites. Lots of hairy horses suffer with this problem and injections aren't always appropriate.This is the only product I have found that works on feather mites. It has a lovely smell and doesn't smell of chemicals at all. It's good quality and goes a long way. Normally I used most of a product in a few applications due to the extreme size of the horse, however, with two applications I used less than a quarter of the bottle, so this product would last some time with a standard horse making it excellent value for Money.

Didnt believe it would work ... but!
After getting regular injections of Dectomax and still fighting the mites I decided to shave her feathers off and wash with Farriers Feather Mite Shampoo. Well, no more mites, no more stamping, no more cutting herself by scratching with her shoes. Fingers crossed they've gone. I will try to grow her feathers back but continue washing with this shampoo. Great stuff!
