Yes this tape has double side adhesive. Each strip is 1.5" wide x 12 " long

Q: Which side goes on the lace and which on head?

All the Ghost bonds are poor products. If you like the white adhesive that dries clear. Try the new "GREAT WHITE" this will do the job. Goes on just like ghost bond but it will hold for 7 to 10 days

Q: How do you remove this tape safely? What remover do I use?

C-22 adhesive solvent or ACTION Solvent work the best. Will pretty much remove any of the professional brand tapes. Not sure about the fake product sold here. That stuff is made in China and no telling what type of chemicals they use for their glue effect. Possible industrial adhesive & not for skin.
