These last 2-3 years if you treat them right. Pulling the old one off is rough, but can be done with 99% IA safely (70% IA doesn't work, I tried). You can get all the old residue off and bring the controller back to original condition before installing the new pads. They make a big difference, particularly if you have larger hands like I do. They make gaming a lot more fun and turns your PS5 into a precision tool.

tried lots of grips both from amazon and aliexpress.These are the most comfortable for me.talongames ones also goood for the price, but not as good as the kontrol freeks

Depending on placement, it can be a bit bumpy in places, but can mostly be smoothed out.The grips do stink, like new boots or rubber tires. This smell transfers ro hands, so it may help to wipe them off a bit with a damp cloth after applying.While the grips padding is nice, it's edges aren't tapered so you do feel the edges while using. It takes away from the otherwise good quality because you really don't want to feel anything other than a grip while playing.Overall it is decent, a bit much for some foam grips that will eventually peel due to edges. But if you want to protect your controller and get a better grip (especially for bubbling rubber pads), this is decent.

It looks and feels great, however, do not buy this product for the dualsense edge, which is what I did and I quickly found out that it wasn't going to work. I ended up putting it on one of my regular dualsense controllers instead.

If I could get this product zero stars, I would I promise you not freaking worth it. I bought this product a few months ago and it was peeling off suddenly so I just took it all off. The glue stained my controller no matter how many times I tried cleaning it off. It just would not come off. Please save yourself time trouble and money. Do not buy it. If you buy this product and use it then you’re set you either. Have to stick with it for the rest of the controller lifespan or buy a whole new controller because once you remove it, it will be sticky forever please as I said DO NOT BUY IT!!!!
