Direct replacement
Replaced a non-functioning unit with this one and it works great. Very accurate and easy to install. Used existing wiring with no issue

Works good
Seems to be well made. Functuon tested with guage prior to install and had perfect range of travel. Seems to go up in about 9 or 10 separate steps, as to be expexted with a reed switch type transmitter. Much more reliable than the old style swing arm type.

Easy install, exact fit
Measure tank depth to ensure it will fit, give enough head room to allow the sending unit to not hit the bottom of the tank, Used on a 96 Four Winns Horizion 17.5' boat with inboard 80L fuel tank. Sending unit worked well and accurate (for a boat) better than the OEM arm+float style that this replaced. Modified existing 2 wire harness to connect to the wiring pigtail provided on the new sender without issue.

KUS and WEMA are the same
Our boat came with a WEMA brand of fuel sending unit which delivered more than 20 seasons of reliable service. We wanted to replace it with the same brand and quality, but had a hard time determining whether "KUS" somehow became a descendant.
