It didn't work very well once I put it together. It would beep as if there wasn't any water in it, even though it was full. I was very disappointed and decided to open it up to find out why it wasn't working. A plug was dangling inside, not plugged into anything. I figured out where it plugged into, and now it works. It does a decent job of cooling my room off. Next time I would buy one with a larger water tank. This one needs to be filled up often. We don't have high humidity, and I think that's important to how well it works.

Works great... But no remote came, or wrench, that was for assembly. Also, it says to take out box to fill with water, but it doesn't come out, so you have to bring the water to the unit.

If its not 100+ degrees it does work good. We got it for the recent heat wave in Seattle area it came before the heatwave hit. But it cannot overcome that kind of heat. The freezer pack cracked the first time it was frozen, but nothing leaked out. If it is in the 80's it works good.

The item is white in the picture but arrived in PINK and with a few scratches. So far I have only filled it and given it a trial run, and the air is cold.

The media could not be loaded.  I’m assuming I’m running the machine as advertised. But as far as being quiet I don’t think so. If somebody please could respond from the company to let me know what I am doing wrong. Other than that I’m assuming this air conditioner Is working. But in my eyes something is not right or not working right. Buyer beware

This is a nice looking machine which has a good rotating fan. I used the ice bottles, But it did not really lower the temperature in my small room. It is nice and quiet, and perhaps would work for another even smaller room

We were a little apprehensive to spend $140 on a single item, but this had some really good features, and really good reviews.So far, we are loving this little cooler! It's a low profile; a perfect size for our small apartment. It sits on casters, so it's easy to move around. It's quiet yet powerful, and there are so many adjustment options to keep us cool now that it's starting to warm up. Even comes with a remote. Plus, it looks really nice.We're very happy with this purchase!**Update**However, I recommend buying from a different seller. This one is not very honorable. They solicit a 5 star review (fortunately, this product is worth that rating) in exchange for an Amazon or PayPal gift card, but then they don't follow through with their part.

Didn’t come with a remote with mine. If it’s a hot place this will not work for you if you’re only using this. I turned a shed into a room, 12x8 this did not cool at all. Only way I figure it would have is if you have 10 freeze tubs to constantly switch out lol or 50. Once you go to sleep or leave it’s a heat box. Js. Nice ideas if it’s already in a place with ac and you want a lil extra for sleep.

I have no complaints about my Costway air cooler. In fact, the friend who told me about it agrees with me--there is simply not enough advertising for this device. We discussed our air coolers the other day and both wonder why there is so little chatter in our community about them.Not only does it work as advertised, fits unobtrusively with my furnishings.

Doesn’t really cool the bedroom. I’ve seen swamp coolers make a room almost too cold but this wasn’t doing anything really
