Has done wonders for my focus and attention. I take this along with their Lion's Mane supplement and it really help me for the better part of the work day. I will say that I'd love to see a lower dose option from Nutricost just so I could break this dose up across the day. A 250mg dose would be perfect so that I could take it in the morning and midday.Combining this with the lion's mane has allowed me to stop taking ADHD meds entirely.

That is my reaction to putting one of these in my mouth; these are gelatin caps, which means they are made from animal collagen that is derived from hooves, bones and cartilage. It does seem to be effective though.
