Comfort is not taken into account
The pouch could be a bit larger to accommodate swelling more comfortably. The join at the bottom end which attatches to the two elasticated rear straps irritates swelling as does the sides of the pouch which does not encompass the swelling of the scrotumn after operation. Pouch needs to be bigger

weaste of money. well fitted underpants do the same thing. Not quite sure what they achieve. Thy are totally inadequate. Hoplng the might contain and protect.. poor quality . Will suit some people, Maybe?
