Made a great steak sandwich
Tender tasty sirloin fried in the pan with oil and butter herbs and garlic rested then sliced ans pressed on a bed of mayo spread ciabatta doused with black pepper topped with rocket and roasted red pepper.

Good to great Sirloin 👍
Generally good to great Sirlion steak. Well prepared and vacum packed for freshness. Easily conpete with M&S or Waitrose for quality on average. Like Amazons matured Ribeye. Yet to have a bad one. Quality is always good to great. Always open them and let them warm to room temp (20 mins) after removing from the fridge for best results.

Best steaks I’ve tried from all of the well known supermarkets.
I’ve tried sirloin steaks from all the popular supermarkets and they don’t come close to these. Just the right amount of fat that gives so much flavour. I These are not only nicer than other brands but cheaper too. I season with salt and black pepper then fry in garlic butter. Please don’t stop selling these.

Excellent Piece of Steak
Pan fried it with lid on. Just enough fat to keep it succulent. Cooked it to medium / well. One of those that dislike blood in meat. Best steak I've had for a while.
