Will the outside pocket hold my Samsung Tab, which is about 10.25"x6.25"?

Unfortunately, I don't think so. The interior area of the outside pocket is 9.5 x 5, maybe another .25 on each side with a stretch. I'd hesitate to say it could fit something of those dimensions.

How do the straps to hang from floor tom work? Are they just loose on the outside of the bag? They don't seem to be visible on the inside.

There is an elastic strap inside the bag on each side that stretches around to attach to the tension rod on the top side of the floor tom. The handles you see on the top of the bag - just bend those over and tuck them in between the bag and the drum. This bag has plenty of space for sticks, mallets, brushes, and also contains zippered pockets for drum keys, etc. There are also specific slots made to hold pencils/pens. Great bag, made from a canvas type of material. Worth the buy!

What are the two small slots at the bottom right for?

hey Alejandro, those two small slots are for pens or pencils, in case you want or need to take notes during rehearsals.

What is the length of the main stick pocket?

Never measured it but I have mallets and have had 16.5” length sticks and fits them all perfectly with some room.
