Q: If you run out of room punching in and out for breaks can you use the back of the time card or do you have to use a second card?

With the 4000PRO cards (44100-10), you can only print on the front side of the card, because that is the only side with the bar code to add hours.

Q: I have more than 50 employees, but only need it to keep track of time and total. Will this clock work for more than 50 ?

I am sorry it will not work for more than 50 employees. I would suggest the model 5000 which handles up to 100 employees. The model 5000 is Made in the USA, and has a 1 year warranty. It is a really great, durable and reliable model.

Q: Can you set it to where it does not punch out for lunch?

The 4000PROK is a manual totaling clock and will only show the hours between the in/out punches, therefore, do not have the employees to punch in/out for lunch.

Thank you for your inquiry. The difference between the Pyramid Time Systems model 4000PROK and the model 4000 is the bundled offer. The time clock itself is the exact same in both model #'s. However the packages, or what comes with them is different. With the 4000PROK model you get a time card rack, 100 more time cards and an extra ribbon than if you purchased the model 4000. This change by the manufacturer was a result of customer feedback for a more substantial bundled offer.
