Planetary HerbalsMullein Lung Complex, 850 mg 180 Tablet

Bought this after having a rough bought of asthma and bronchitis that ended me up in the hospital. I'm not a big fan of taking meds and prefer the natural route of supplements. When I take this twice a day my symptoms are dramatically reduced (less chest congestion, less coughing, easier breathing). Got down to once a day, but got a cold and more coughing so bumped it back up and symptoms have faded again. I've tried a lot of supplements, but this one works hands down the best. Has a bit of a spicy taste that washes away quickly when taken with water. Will be keeping this on hand as part of my stay healthy regime!

I've used a lot of alternative cures, and this is the best. I use it anytime I have congestion and sometimes I get a mild earache but this takes care of it quickly. I use it for allergy attacks also and these past two winters it kept me from getting bronchitis. I would get sore throats, laryngitis and the cold would go into my chest. Then I would be sick for months. No longer. At the first sign of anything I start taking 2 in the morning, 2 at night. I love this product. Even my (open minded) doctor knew about Mullein. I stop taking it when I'm clear so a bottle lasts a long time.
