Livex Lighting 8209-91 Ceiling Medallion, Brushed Nickel 0.1 x 0.1 x 1

We took down an old light which left an ugly ceiling spot, and we had a smaller light in brushed nickel, this covered the ugly spot and fits seamlessly with the light.

Looks like it was supposed to be with the ceiling fan to begin with! Needed to cover a flaw in the ceiling and it was perfect. A bit pricey but was able to get “used” so save a little.

Buy plastic from Lowes at fraction of the cost.

Returned. Awaiting a replacement… It arrived within a week, and in perfect condition! Recommended!!!

Who knew finding a 12" bronze medallion would be so hard? To avoid having to repair a larger than necessary hole in the ceiling that the previous homeowner made when installing the light box, I had to buy a medallion that was 11" or bigger. Would you know that none of the home improvement stores have 12" medallions in bronze? I could find 10" bronze ones, but everything else readily available was in white, silver, or simply in random sizes that wouldn't work for my purpose. When I got fed up visiting our local stores, I checked Amazon. Wish I had first!!! Here was an inexpensive, not overly ornate bronze medallion in 12"- exactly what I needed- at way less than the hideous white ones that I would have had to paint to match. I am very satisfied.

Perfect fit for my pendant lights. This covered up the a gap between the rough fixture cutout and the light. This was a perfect fit and color match for our light.

This product match great with fixture. I was nervous about how the Brushed Nickel would look and it looked like it went with fixture.

Used medallion to cover hole left from removing a recessed canned light. Adhesion wasn’t an option. Handyman managed to bolt the fan base to medallion. It worked. Caution: if toggle switch on wall has dimmer feature, remove and replace with regular switch, no dimmer. Fire hazard!
