Rough Country Heavy Duty Rear Bumper w/LEDs for 2009-2014 Ford F-150-10768

I'd give this 5-stars if it weren't for the truly awful customer service, terrible installation instructions and the oversized holes for the backup sensors. Minus1-star for the backup sensor hole size and lack of extra foam pads, minus one for the instructions and minus 2-stars for the worse than poor customer service.CONS:1) Customer service is atrocious! The installation instructions need lots of work. There are no wiring diagrams for the license plate lights. I contacted RC on their website and used the chat to ask how to wire the license plate lights and the first time, Jeremy wanted me to call them and then cleared me from the chat queue and asked for a rating. The second time, I posted the exact same question to the chat and was skipped and sent directly to the rating. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing from them again, even though there are many items I'd like to purchase from them.2) Missing wiring instructions for the license plate hollow bolt wired LED lights (what I contact RC about in the first place).3) Poorly designed backup sensor mounting. They gave me exactly 4 sticky foam rings that were supposed, I think, to help center the backup sensor in the hole and kinda fill the hole (the sensors are slightly smaller than the hole in the bumper). There are two small screws that hold the sensor to the mounting bracket, one on top and one on the bottom, which are designed to "pinch" the sensor in place. However, the sensor can swivel back and forth in the hole. I think the foam rings are supposed to help prevent that, too. What the instructions didn't tell me was to ensure the sensors didn't come through the hole and push the foam ring through with it. Well, when you're installing the sensors on a table or the ground or whatever, and the bumper is "face down" you can't see the sensors. Once I had them installed and the wiring all tied up, I flipped the bumper over to inspect my work and the sensors were poking out well beyond the bumper, foam rings included. Since there were only 4 foam rings included, and the used ones weren't sticky anymore, they were useless and I had to reinstall the sensors without them. They should include at least 2 foam rings for each sensor for just this scenario.4) They did not include replacement retaining clips. My old ones were on pretty hard and were damaged when trying to take them off the old bumper. I would have been nice of them to include new ones, but I managed to get the old ones straightened and flattened out for reuse.5) The wiring diagram for the cube lights is super simplistic and practically useless. Though I think it won't be a real issue when running the wiring for them. If it is an issue, I'll update this review with details.PROS:1) It looks great and fits perfectly.2) Other than being heavy and requiring two people to put it on, it was an easy install.3) Easy adjustment up and down for tailgate clearance4) Easy to make electrical connections. The back of the bumper is fairly open without a lot of stuff in the way so it's easy to get your hands into it for connecting your existing wires for the backup sensors. They included zip ties to make everything neat and tidy.5) Shipping was quick. Sent via UPS or FEDEX (I order so much stuff, I don't remember which it came by). It only took a few days to get here.

Would be 5 stars if not for the following:1. The tiny set screw design that holds the reverse sensors is ridiculous. Literally spent over an hour laying under the bumper with cramping hands trying to get all 8 of them started. Only managed to get 7 in. Would be nice if it came with them already in or if the instructions said to start the screws prior to hanging the bumper. The problem is whatever thread lock material they put in the holes and lack of hand space make it almost impossible.2. The bumper was for a F150, but the wiring harness for the lights must’ve been for a Volkswagen bug. Had to splice in about 10 feet of additional wire to make it work.Terrible quality control.

Trash tailgate wont open or close right. Set screws are not drilled correctly
