Can I use any cleaning solution with the spray mop?

Yes! You can use your favorite cleaning solution with our spray mop. Just mix 90% water to the solution and you're good to go!

Can I rewash the mop pad?

Yes! Our microfiber mop pads are machine washable up to 100x!

Can I buy extra mop pads?

Yes. You can purchase replacement/refills from our True & Tidy store here in Amazon.

The sprayer is not working.

This usually happens when not enough water is mixed with the cleaning solution. Always include at least 90% water in the cleaning solution to avoid clogging the sprayer.

The water tank/bottle doesn't stay on and keeps falling off.

This usually happens when the water tank cap is not screwed into the bottle correctly, which causes the bottle to not sit perfectly on the mop.
