Love that these come in capsule form rather than HUGE tablets! Easy to swallow. I get my B vitamins plus a little dose of Vitamin C with it.

I'm using this product in conjunction with magnesium, fermented dairy (yogurt, kefir) and boron to increase my testosterone. In a need to protect my kidneys, since the boron can be tough on them, the b-vitamin for riboflavin is necessary to counter that effect. This product fills the bill 👌
