I followed the directions (2 capsule) for the first 2 weeks and then upped the dose and am now taking 3 twice a day and they have had absolutely zero impact on my weight or anything else ... I think they are a sham and probably filled with air.

Didn't realize until after I bought them. Their shark tank advertisements are fake. Also they do not work as advertised
