Good belt for the price
I was looking for an inexpensive belt with a chain to do weighted pull-ups, dips, and for sled pulling. This belt is real basic but works. I've been able to use a 45 lb plate for pull-ups and dips. For the sled pulling, I used an additional chain for length, but still wasn't long enough, so i bought a separate rope for it and that did it. The belt holds up for all these exercises.

Worth it
I just started doing weighted dips & pullups for calisthenics & this belt works great. Im a woman, 32 in waist, appx 150lbs. I got a M size belt

Solid Belt
Put 50lbs on it to test it for some reps, felt really sturdy. Chains are strong enough and it wraps good around your waist. Minimal slippage. Definitely recommend.

Cheap chain
You’re wanting to add wait I would not buy this. I used it once and ordered a different one that was much more stable.
