The media could not be loaded.  The camera doesn't come with an SD card so I had to source this elsewhere. The camera is pretty big so keep this in mind when mounting this and the clearance when it moves.The camera may be big but is fantastic picture quality. I am super impressed by that and how far it can be pretty clear with.The part where you put the sd card in seems a little oddly constructed as you can see the circuit board which would normally be covered off so you can only see the micro sd insert but this is not very important as it works as it should and stays closed.External antenna works perfect with the WiFi connection. My router is through 4 thick solid old-fashioned walls. And I am able to connect perfectly with it

During the brief periods when it was communicating via WiFi, very impressive.I even tried providing it with a dedicated tplink WiFi device 2 feet away from it with no obstructions - still wouldn't work reliably.Whatever you do, do not try to use the windows software that you can download for it. Trashed my PC. I have multiple comprehensive backups so was able to recover from this (another day lost).When I find open source replacement firmware for it, I'll buy one again. Internet access to a camera via a server god knows where run by who exactly? Not a chance.

Positive: Ok, so the camera arrived super quick, as usual.Negatives:I opens the outer box to notice this box had no seal and appeared well used. Alarm bells ringing.I opens the box and nothing is wrapped. Everything is loose and has usage marks. Camera, manual, the lot. The only thing that was bagged was the screws, so clearly the previous customer(s) didn't like it either.None of the leads are wire wrapped either.Camera covered into dirty marks and scrapes.Bearing in mind u bought a new item.I look through the manual and it bears little resemblance to the app. No mention if a qr code for the setup. Which is odd, because the we code sticker that others have mentioned has been removed!! So even if I was to accept a second hand camera, I couldn't, because the code is missing!!Pretty shocked at amazon sending this out and you can have it right back!Total waste of time! Avoid!!

Bought as a replacement for a supposedly waterproof security camera. This camera is larger than the previous and a total improvement in build quality, camera quality and so far totally waterproof. Motion detection is very good but may be too sensitive as tree branches set the alarm. Human detection is also very good. Picture quality makes vehicle number plates readable at 15-20 metres. Would recommend and buy again.

A great little camera, that’s easy to fix up & connect. I had an issue taking the SD card out to view on my computer like a trail cam. You can’t!!!! Only viewable directly using the software, but it does work. Bought a second for the back of the house which is always a recommendation.

Whilst this camera provides decent images there is no longer a support route as the website domain has lapsed. Trying to add this device to a desktop app has so far proved impossible so now I need to invest in either an NVR or different camera.

This camera has good quality picture, it will not record video onto SD card. It keeps saying no card inserted. I've reset this camera so many times. SD card register's and records for about 12 hours then the camera tells me there is no SD card inserted.I do not recommen this item!!

The motion detection and picture quality are excellent. Very clear picture on night vision also.The only downside is the use of poor English language during set up and following the instructions, however a little patience paid off and I am very pleased with the result. Will be ordering another for the back of the house.
