Shark Tank advertises this as a "one pill at night before bedtime", but the product they sell you is two capsules up to 3 times a day before meals with 8 ounces of water, ......and also leads you to believe you will lose a massive amount of weight. Nope. I've been on the Keto diet before and lost more than when I tried it with the pill. Even with strict carb counting, I only lost 5 pounds in 10 days. Don't waste your money on this product.
