Great idea but I’ve nearly broke my wrists a few times when the handle slips out, I am careful but it’s happened quite a lot

Love this, great little product, nice and easy to fold away and store. Great addition to my workout.

At first I thought the board seemed OK. After using it for a while and wondering why I couldn't seem to increase the amount of press ups without getting pains in my elbows I realised it was because the board is too narrow, hence the hand grips are too close together. I'm not massive at around 15 stones but have got reasonably large arms and possibly wider shoulders than many people. I found the handles would also sometimes disengage during use and fall to the side trapping my knuckles between the board and collapsed handle. The board quality itself is OK but I've had to stop using it as I couldn't progress.

Good equipment for exercises

The instructions were terrible to understand. No work out rep no's. EG. 2 reps at 10 a piece

Having used this product for only 2 days, the grips have given way on me on both days injuring my leg yesterday from the grip falling and stabing me in my leg, to today when i fell on my wrist as it came out of it's slot. My wrist is marked and i was extremely worried i had broken it at first the way i landed on it.I'm afraid to say i would be paranoid to use this from now on.

Bought for my son for Xmas can't say too much about it but got in on offer and looks good enough to me.
