Takes more than one person, but worth it
This table was perfect for our small kitchen. We dont have a dining room, but we have 2 adults and 3 kids. If it were any bigger it wouldnt fit. The table took about 4 hours to assemble, but was worth it. You arent supposed to use any power tools so it took us longer. Alot of the reviews said there wasnt predrilled holes or that it came damaged, which made me a little worried but the areas that i think needed holes were in soft wood areas, so it was easy to screw into. There was one small flaw that they overlooked (it actually had a red reject sticker pointing to it) but it was just cosmetic and smaller than a dime so i didnt really mind. It definitely needs two people to assemble, it would take much longer with only one person. But overall its just what we needed to tie our kitchen together. Also, theres alot of reviews saying "you get what you pay for" but i believe its worth its price. It may not be real oak or whatever but its solid, sturdy and looks great 👌

Nice product - Not so easy to assemble alone - Some hiccups - reaching to Customer Support
Excellent purchase for small size dwellings. Bought for a friend with quite a small apartment and it takes the perfect amount of space and uses it quite well . Note: If you are assembling it alone or with someone that cannot provide too much assistance, be aware that it will take some time to complete it - Verify all the parts before starting, and - Challenge the assumption that the instructions are exact. In my particular experience, the assembly went OK while being supervised by friend(s). Had 2 snags on the assembly and 1 on the reporting to Linon: 1- One leg of the table came damaged along the hole for the screw 2- The 2 pieces #28 per the instructions, were missing; while I got 2 of the #18 - so, the seat of the bench is not tied to the legs, but just with the wood dovels. 1- Reporting the issue to Linon on their website is not working, keep getting an error message when submitting - thought it may be offline or with any issues, but it has been several days and I am now emailing directly to Customer Support. WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW IF I GET ANY UPDATE OR 1 WEEK HAS PASSED. Would recommend the product, be patient, get your tools ready, count the pieces and start assembling!

Definitely recommend. Won’t regret!
This table fits perfectly in my little kitchen! It took me 5 hrs to assemble by myself but it definitely was worth it. Assembly was easy, directions were clear. The most time consuming part was the corner bench assembly. After that it was pretty much just 30 mins putting the table and free standing bench together. All the parts were included all I need was my drill and a Phillip head screw driver. All in all it feels sturdy to sit in. The quality is great. Does not look cheap. The wood grain looks real. The table feels like a nice big heavy table. It’s a good size! I don’t think anyone would regret buying this. I did a lot of research and this was the best option price and quality wise in my opinion. I do think it should be priced more around $200 or $300 range but I’m not mad at it. The storage benches we’re definitely a selling pint for me. Who doesn’t live some extra storage!! I would definitely recommend having another person help out this together. It would go by a lot quicker and it was hard to maneuver screwing in some of the pieces together while trying to hold them together as well. Definitely loving how it brings my big open space concept together as I previously had a two person high top so this is a wonder upgrade for more seating and saving space!

Avoid Buying These On Amazon - Not Worth The Price, Not Worth The Effort.
I'll start with the good. It fits nicely in our kitchen. I like the length, the style, and it can hold our entire household for dinner and main meals. Really nice for a smaller space, assuming you get everything that you were supposed to, and it didn't come damaged or misaligned. We have a lot of complaints with this. Keep in mind we haven't received the table and bench yet. Now for the reasons I will NOT be buying "build it yourself" products from Amazon. Especially this one. 1. Damaged product. The box showed up damaged and had a massive gash on its side. That was already a red flag to return it, but I decided that we should try and build it. Turns out, that was my biggest mistake here. As you can see in one of the pictures, there's a tiny hole in one of the back boards for the seats. Not really noticible, but irritating. Disappointed that it wasn't double checked on and fixed before shipping, but that can't be the worst of it, right? 2. We didn't have enough screws. They shorted us about 5 screws, not that it'd make the product any sturdier. But we ended needing to use the short screws in areas that the longer screws were supposed to be. I'm not buying more screws for an overpriced product that was supposed to come with everything we needed to start with. 3. The pegs that are supposed to go inside a lot of these pieces just fell out. They didn't hold their spots, and one of them even fell out while we were trying to figure out the last few steps. I don't know where it came from, but it just fell from a place that was already screwed in. Really safe, guys. 4. The top piece that's supposed to be in the corner can't sit on top of the seat. No matter how we put in the screws, even using extra ones we had laying around from previous assemblies, it wouldn't stay upright. It kept falling under its own weight - which maybe could be fixed using the screws that were intended. But we don't have any more of those. 5. The screws that were intended to go in their designated places didn't always fit. We ended up stripping a few screws, and damaging the overall product because the holes were lined up correctly. A lot of times, we pushed out the pieces due to the holes not being long enough, or misaligned. We couldn't even get them in with a power drill. We couldn't close the hidden compartments with the screws they asked us to use, so we replaced them with old ones we had. Simple fix, but we shouldn't need to do that - double check your product before giving your customers unfinished works. Overall, if I could go back and NOT buy this, I would. I'd get something off of Wayfair over this. This was the first and last time I will be buying this type of thing from Amazon. I've learned my lesson, and I hope this is helpful to someone out there. Take pictures before and after the assembly - Really research the product your buying before you purchase it. I was fooled by a bundle of good reviews. It's highly possible that they DID have a good experience with this, I guess mine was just a really bad batch.

Love this set!
I’ve wanted this style table for along time and when I found this one I had to have it! We have a fairly small dining area in our apartment and this fits it perfectly with enough space for our family to still sit together. The coloring is beautiful and 100% my style and what I was hoping for! It’s solid and sturdy for sure! It was a little tedious to assemble because of all the pieces but can be done fairly easily with 2 sets of hands. Over all a great value for the price! Would Highly recommend!

I just assembled this unit and was pretty dissapointed. You can tell that's it's pretty low quality once you look at the many pieces of MDF you'll pull out of the box. I had one piece with a scratch on it which was unfortunate as it was a back board that everyone will see, but I wanted to assemble it now and thought it wasn't worth the hassle to repackage and return, because when you take this unit out of the box, you are NOT putting it back in. If you read the other reviews, you'll see that some mention that you should pre-drill the already pre-drilled holes again. I mis-read this and thought it was just to make the holes deeper, but they need to be WIDER otherwise the MDF will split and crack (which is exactly what happened to me). So find a drill bit that's one size wider than the already drilled holes and bore it out a bit more. I would also recommend gluing the unit together as we found that it is VERY loud to sit on (lots of creaking all the time, whenever you sit or move in your seat). But don't glue the three sections together, otherwise you won't be able to get it out of the house. You'll probably need to take it apart to move it unless you have a clear shot out the door. I also found that some of the smaller screws wouldn't quite bite, like the ones that hold the top bar/strips on the top of the back benches on. Not sure if the screw hole wasn't wide enough for the screw or what, but I'll probably have to drill out some other holes and use some better screws to hold those in. But the worst part was the pre-drilled holes on the centre/angled section to install the back board. When I assembled the three sections together, I couldn't get the angled back board to meet up with the predrilled holes on each side of the other bench sections because it wouldn't go in far enough. So I loosened up the screws that connected the sections together, pushed in the angled back board enough so the screws would meet their pilot holes, but when I tried to tighten the scews that held the three sections together again, the backing board acted as a wedge and caused the bench partitions to bend, which left a gap at the back of seat where the sections connect, and causes the door on the seats to rub when opened. It essentially warped the entire bench when it was tightened up. This is a design flaw as I tried to move the angled backing board back so it wasn't so tight, but then you would be able to see the pilot holes, so I decided to go with the gaps/warp and live with it. Then to finish it off, you're supposed to hammer in some cheap, painted wood plugs over the visible screw holes. DO NOT USE THESE!! Seriously, when they're hammered in (I even used cardboard and a rubber mallet) they compress and break apart, then the paint flakes everywhere and it damages the board a bit due to pressure because they're so oversized. They just look horrible and you won't be able to get them out. Try to find plastic plugs online, or even just use a wet tissue as ANYTHING would look better than this. I wish I didn't. Overall, disappointed in the quality and design for the price.
