Used these boats a couple of times at the pool with a few kids. Worked great 👍. The kids would through them around and they kept on working.

Provided as a gift and unfortunately stopped working after "getting wet". Obviously disappointed as it seemed like a great product. Was returned with no problems.

Tends to sink. Has a hard time linking up to remote control.

Boats worked great, steered great, went fast, and were fun. They took on water and had no issues in the boats end of that. After the battery had died and while we were pointing our attention elsewhere, I was surprised to find the boats and remotes submerged in the water, I put them up immediately and let them dry. Today I took everything apart and tested them. The batteries were charged and took a charge well, the motors worked well by applying battery voltage to the terminals, the receiver part of the boat was sealed and did its job well by remaining sealed. The remotes..........the circuit boards in the remotes are not sealed and were destroyed by corrosion.

A bit slow but easy to control and steer for our grandkids (ages 4 to 8). We bought 4 boats and the kids had a blast at the lake playing boat tag. Our 4 year old had not problem with the controller. We got about 30 minutes on a battery, more than specified, and it even comes with 2 batteries for each boat. Reverse is a bit useless but it's not really needed. We originally bought the more expensive fast boats but they were very difficult to control even for an adult.

When you charge the batteries and test it while holding it in your hand, the product will appear to be dead. Before you send this back, thinking that your boats are dead too, you need to know there is sensor that only lets the boat work if it is actually in water!
