I recently requested a refund on these because I thought they didn't work, but I was wrong. The reason I didn't see or feel any sweat was because I wore it over a tank top. But I tried it today while doing my morning exercises without it being over a tank top and I'm sweating a good amount. These are great!! And I usually wear a large - extra large in shirts, I ordered a medium and it fits perfect.

Comfortable and works great! It’s thin an isn’t bulky underneath your clothes. It works up a good sweat too. I took away one star because you have to put it on like a tube top and pull it down over your waist. It would be better with a zipper. Also, even though it covers my lower abdomen, it did roll up a bit because my torso is shorter...but it still works good.

Fit perfect and been wearing almost 2 months and slimmed down stomach area and sides love it!! Dont roll down or move stays put n smooths out lumpy areas!!!

Got these for the lower belly, now they won't remove your fat, only diet does that but they do make the skin feel toned and smoother. These also keep my lower back limber, after a lower back injury I get stiff and achey, for me these also help with that.You need to have direct contact with the skin, my advice get some kind of g string bikini to keep your butt from being exposed.

I like this product, but according to the size chart I was to order a large but it was to big. I am 5’4”, 150 lbs and I ended up returning and ordering a small. I fits just right but I think I could’ve gotten an X-small to have the tight fit. But the small will work for the sweating and it does help you sweat when working out.

I only have one issue and that’s that I wish it was tighter.....but other than that today is my first day wearing and I am sweating....I wore it to go with my kids to the zoo and like an hour in sweat it was wet....I wore it on my bare skin underwear over it and I was worried that sweat would leak down but nope....non of that drama, I got the small size and I expected it to be tighter especially pulling it on but it was fine, I wanted more compression but I guess this is ok, it is comfortable. I hope I lose some inches or something thou.

Smells like fish as soon as you open the package but the smell goes away fits perfectly you can size down on this one the fit is larger then expected. Very comfortable and does not slide down. Very pleased with this purchase 👍🏾

These are awesome I actually put them underneath I spank and wear them under my clothes all day in the summer. Keeps a sweat in one place and does his job at the same time.
