Q: Is this considered a queen size pillow? Will it fit into a regular sized pillow case? It seems too wide

Our water pillow measures 20 x 28 inches (Queen size) and will fit into a queen size pillow case. While a standard pillow measures 20 x 26 inches. Increasingly, manufacturers are making standard pillow cases bigger to accommodate both a standard and queen pillow. A quick measure of your current pillow case to determine if our water pillow will fit your pillow case. I hope this answers your question.

Q: Is the inner most cover removable? I had a water pillow and it was the best but got moldy and couldnt wash it-threw it out, afraid to use anymore

Unfortunately, the outer cover is not removable. But, our waters pillows are washable. From experience, alittle bleach with detergent in the washing machines removes moat stains and mold. I hope this helps.

No. There is a soft pillow around the inner water “bladder” that is not waterproof and don’t think it’s going to change.
