Dissolves easily in water and tastes great! I love the Variety Pack to try a different flavor every time.

This is only the third brand of powder electrolytes I’ve tried, but it’s not my favorite. I do not like the lemon flavor, the orange flavor is ok (tastes like an orange drink from the 1990’s). I do like the berry and the watermelon is meh. What i do like about this product is that it doesn’t taste salty to me like other brands, probably because the sodium is less than others. Also, this pack only requires 8oz of water, where other brands want you to mix with 16oz. I still mixed with 16oz, but it’s nice you have that option of less water. I haven’t yet tried the sugar free one, not sure if I will.
