Best polish if ever used

Bought this polish on the recommendation of a friend. I have used it on my caravan to get rid of oxidation on the GRP panels. I used the paste to cut through the oxidation and what a difference (put a little effort into it), shiny once more. Used the liquid polish as a sealer. LOOKS like new.

I have 1987 5thwheel, it's color is beige with a burgundy stripe. I was obviously concerned about oxidation after so many years as this is the original paint. I purchased this for almost $29. I was concerned about spending so much on the hopes that it would work. The great news is it works very well . My application, was done in mid-70° temperatures. And was applied on aluminum side that is painted. It removed the oxidation, and left the paint fully intact with very little loss. The shine is amazing for such an old paint job. The burgundy colored now pops out right. And the rest of the camper looks smooth and feels smooth My RV is 24 feet Long. And this bottle of 32 ounces seems about the right amount to do besides and the front and back. Keep in mind that are easily color and oxidation can vary on how much you will need to buff out the gloss finish. For I was it worked out great. It even buffed out the tin doors that are painted on the side for access. Made them look like new paint . I've used other brands in the past and have been reasonably happy with most of them. With a large project like this I was reluctant to spend so much money on something that I was not sure who work. I am very pleased in highly recommend this product. It goes on easy, is removable with little effort and also can buffed out with in areas that are needed. This is by far the best wax I have used in decades, it is the first time using Starbrite products. But now I am sold and will look to use them in the future for my other vehicles including a 1997 pickup that I think would do nicely with this. Thank you for making such a good product. Finally something is purchase that works the way it's supposed to.

Absolutely an excellent product. Nothing compares to Star Brite's PTEF® for painted finishes that are exposed to the elements, though, it really does work best when applied and removed with a mechanical polisher. It makes auto finishes phenomenally smooth, UV protected, and lasts far longer than any traditional auto wax. If you have ever felt car finishes at auto shows or on a dealer showroom, and wonder how it is so unbelievably smooth and slick, well this is how. Road grime and bugs just don't stick easily once applied, and the car cleans much quicker. I also do the windows - it's like Rain-X, but much better. It's called, "Marine Polish Boat Wax", but I use it on all of our cars. I've used it for years on many different makes and models with different finishes - always same amazing results. If you don't use a buffer though, especially on dark cars, it can leave a bit of a streaky look when wiped off. A mechanical buffer really works best for the removal process. If you do get streaks, it generally comes off with a damp rag or the next time it gets washed. A new car dealer wanted over $500.00 to Teflon® my new car before delivery - Umm...I think they listed it as something fancy like, "Dealer Applied Protective Coating" - but it was Teflon, I asked the tech in the back, and then declined the overpriced wax job. Save money and do it yourself. By way of more information, and what makes this product so good, is Polytetrafluoroethylene. Star Brite calls Polytetrafluoroethylene (DuPont Teflon®) by its generic "PTEF®" name, but it's still chemically Teflon®. You don't have to pay DuPont premiums when you don't use the actual Teflon® product/name. It is actually traditionally abbreviated "PTFE", not "PTEF®", but apparently, "PTEF® is Star brite's registered trademark name for polytetraflouroethylene - probably just a marketing thing to distinguish themselves from other brands. This product works great, and would highly recommend it.
