product is good but i recieved and extra carton (Carton A) and they wont take it back via R.A. label. They said I should keep the extra parts for future repairs. I asked if i could buy another Carton B to to be able to assemble a whole new sofa and use it also and they said they had no extra Carton B. i don’t believe they manufactured just a porton of the sofa.

The boxes all arrived together. Assembly was pretty straightforward, took about an hour in total. The cushions are not too firm but not too soft. The chaise cushion (the long one) strangely feels noticeably higher quality compared to the ottoman or the other two cushions. When mine arrived, some of the cushions were noticeably wrinkled even after decompressing for a couple of days. The customer service was very helpful and even offered to send replacements, which they promptly did. The new ones unfortunately came in with the same condition, but they gave me a small reimbursement as a further apology. A month later the wrinkles (which are all superficial only) have mostly disappeared on their own, but not completely.I have a few small gripes. The material, while sufficient, could be a lot more comfortable. It's linen, but definitely not the worst I've seen. The cushions, as mentioned, do not all feel the same. Both the original chaise as well as the replacement felt different to me compared to all other cushions, if slightly. I kind of wish they all felt like the chaise did. The felt pads on the bottom of the feet regularly came off when moving the furniture (mostly the ottoman). I fixed this with super glue but I kind of wish the original adhesive was better. And of course there was the issue of wrinkling mentioned previously.Overall this set works great for the money, and is probably the best I could have done for a small apartment with limited space around the entrance. I use it daily, and would recommend it to anyone with similar needs.

I bought this couch because my girlfriend had a job where she was on call and I liked how I could use the couch/ottoman combo as a bed for she or I. The couch has held up really well, but one of the ottoman’s legs is just completely out of shape 6 weeks later. That said I still like the couch portion. Buyer beware!

This couch is awesome for the price. It was easy to put together and the color is so pretty.It did take some time for the cushions to air out and become a bit more soft.We got the ottoman to go along with it and are so happy we did. Two people can lay out on it between the couch and ottoman. We will even use it as a “guest bed”.

This couch definitely looks cuter, fuller, and more sturdy in the photos than it does in real life. The color is also more dull (I ordered the blue/green color). Everything came vacuum-sealed and after a year still hasn't expanded to be as full as what the photo looks like.The quality of the fabric is just ok, but at least holds up to kids and such which is good. I did a good job of putting together and tightening everything as much as possible, but it's definitely not a sturdy couch and every time I sit on it the whole thing wobbles a bit.NOTE the ottoman is not the same width and the couch cushions so if you are hoping to "extend" the chaise portion instead of putting the ottoman in front of the couch, it will not work. ALO - the chaise part is literally just a longer cushion, and the bottom of it is just a separate stand. So not sturdy and shifts easily which drives me nuts.I gave this thing a fair shake, hoping it would grow on me - but after a year I'm ready to sell it and spend a little more for something I'll actually love.

I'm a 76-year-old female and I was able to put this sofa together by myself. Packaging was marked as to what box should be opened first, etc. The instructions and video were also great. I am incredibly pleased with this item. I strongly recommend it.

I'm absolutely blown away that there are people who claim this couch is decent. Either they are fake reviews, or these people live in some alternate reality where other couches don't exist. This couch is complete and utter garbage. When assembled, the cushions are very frumpy and wrinkly. It's very odd, because the ottoman cushion is actually fairly decent. If they used the same cushion on the couch as they used on the ottoman, this would be a different review.... but they didn't... Instead, your couch cushions (besides looking terrible) will be terrible to sit on. Imagine you blew up a balloon, very tight, then covered it in cloth. That's your so-called cushion. We paid $640 for this piece of junk, it's not even worth $300. If you're tight on money, you're better off going to your local Goodwill and getting someone's old couch. Don't give these people a dime, it's borderline theft.
